View Smart Licensing Dashboard

The Smart Licensing Dashboard in the MSSP portal displays detailed information about your licenses. The dashboard shows the compliance status (In compliance, Out of compliance, or Unknown), the number of licenses purchased, and the number currently in use, along with the count of active licenses within your tenant. It also displays the type of licenses associated with onboarded devices (Term, Unlicensed, or Perpetual) as well as the start and expiration dates for each term license.

Procedure

Step 1

Choose Insights & Reports > Reports & Analytics > Smart Licensing Dashboard.

The table provides details about the information displayed on the page.


Column name	Description
Domain	Name of the smart account domain.
Virtual Accounts in Compliance	Number of virtual accounts under this smart account domain that are compliant.
Virtual Accounts out of Compliance	Number of virtual accounts under this smart account domain that are not compliant.
Managed Tenants	Names of the managed tenants under this tenant associated with this smart account.

Step 2

Click a smart account domain name under the Domain column to view all the managed tenants associated with this virtual account under this MSSP tenant.

Note	The drop-down list includes only the smart account domains linked to devices within your tenant, not all domains available to you.

Column name	Description
Virtual account name	Name of the virtual account.
Compliance status	Compliance status of the virtual account.
Tenants	Names of the managed tenants under this tenant associated with this virtual account.

Note	There can be multiple tenants associated with a virtual account.

From the Smart account domain drop-down list, choose a domain name to view other smart account domains. You can also use the search fields to find items by virtual account name, compliance status, or tenant name.

Step 3

Click a virtual account name to view its details.

Column name	Description
License name	Name of the smart license.
Type	Type of license associated with the devices onboarded to your tenant: Term, Unlicensed, or Perpetual.
Purchased	Number of smart licenses that you purchased.
In use	Number of smart licenses that are currently in use.
In this tenant	Number of smart licenses being used in the selected tenant.
Available	Number of smart licenses that are currently available for use.
Dates	Start and expiration dates for term licenses.
Compliance status	Compliance status—In compliance, Out of compliance, or Unknown.
Tenants	Names of the managed tenants under this tenant associated with this smart license.

Use the search fields in this page to filter by license name, status, or type.

Step 4

Click the download button to export the table to a CSV file.
