CLI Templates

CLI Templates in Security Cloud Control are predefined or user-created scripts that you can customize and export to configure a wide range of devices. For example, they can be used for Cisco ASA and Cisco IOS devices, but they are not limited to these. These templates allow you to configure devices even before onboarding them to Security Cloud Control or other platforms.

These templates allow you to parameterize commands predefined for various scenarios, enabling you to quickly configure and provision a device.

CLI Templates in Security Cloud Control allow you to:

• create and access device configurations without onboarding a device,

• export the entire or partial device configurations,

• edit and remove device configurations.
