Overview of Smart Licensing Dashboard

The Smart Licensing Dashboard provides visibility into the license usage and compliance status of the Secure Firewall ASAs and Cloud-Delivered Firewall Management Center-managed Secure Firewall Threat Defense devices.

Benefits of the Smart Licensing Dashboard

  • Comprehensive License Visibility: You can see which smart account and virtual account your licenses originate from, providing clear traceability of license sources.

  • Detailed License Consumption Tracking: You can see how many licenses you are consuming along with availability, usage, and expiration dates for each license type.

  • Compliance Monitoring: You can view the compliance status of each license, which helps ensure that you remain within your licensed entitlements and avoid out-of-compliance issues.

Note

  • Smart licenses are managed using smart accounts. Each smart account can have multiple virtual accounts. As a smart account owner, you can move licenses between these virtual accounts.

  • This dashboard displays the details of all the smart accounts, virtual accounts, and licenses associated only with the your current tenant.
